FREEDOM
The deepest urge or desire in man is to be free.
When man is not free, he lives his life in misery.
When man is free, he lives his life blissfully.
Bliss is man's intrinsic nature--it is what man's "being" really is.
Freedom is not to be attained; it has only to be rediscovered.
You ALREADY have it. You ARE free.
"And Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free"
FREEDOM
Searching for it somewhere else is a sure way of not finding or rediscovering it.
Stop searching! Stop trying!
Look within yourself the greatest surprise of your life is awaiting you there, because whatsoever you have been seeking down through time is already here, already the case.
You need not be poor or a beggar to be free.
You need not be rich or a king to be free. The Kingdom of God (freedom, peace, blissfulness, love and fulfillment.) is already within you and your eyes keep searching outside yourself, in this world, for God's Kingdom. For this reason, you go on missing it.
Freedom is behind the eyes, not in front of the eyes.
FREEDOM
The Kingdom of God is not an object or a thing that can be seen or touched.
The Kingdom of God is your subjectivity--your own feelings--your own thinking.
The Kingdom of God is not to be sought outside of yourself, because it is the very nature of yourself,
the Seeker.
Jesus calls freedom the Kingdom of God, symbolizing it "like being a king", in that no fetter, shackle or chain keeps one from moving or acting in a free way--to be; to live or to exist.
There is absolutely no boundary, no bondage, no enslavement-your existence is infinite.
Nowhere will you clash with anyone else. You exist as if you are alone.
FREEDOM
Freedom and aloneness are two aspects of the same thing. When you are absolutely alone as if nothing else exists, who or what else is there? Everyone who is searching for freedom will have to find their solitariness; they will have to find a way or means to reach their aloneness.
Man is brought up not as a solitary being; he is brought up as a social being. A solitary being is one whose need to be needed has disappeared and he has learned to live with himself alone, and to be happy and grateful.
FREEDOM
Man is born as part of this world--this world of death, darkness and destruction--this world of slavery, hatred, fear, crime, misery and sickness-- this world that lacks love, peace and happiness.
Man is born as part of this world as a member of a society, family and part of others--as a network, a pattern of many persons, a crowd.
He is brought up not as a free man;
he is brought up as a slave in this world.
FREEDOM
The whole training, education, culture of man consists of how to make a child a fitting part of society and how to make him fit in with others and be a slave.
If man follows society's rules or laws, if he becomes obedient to others, society will lease or give to him a little of this world's freedom. If a man becomes a slave, a little freedom is given to him; and it can be taken back from him at any moment if he stops following society's rules or laws.
If man stops following society's rules or laws, he can be thrown into prison or even killed.
FREEDOM
The Hebrew word "sin" means one who has missed the mark and there is no sense of guilt in it. "Sin", means he who missed the mark--he who has gone astray. The teachings of Jesus (spiritual truth) and others mean, "to come back to the right path so that you don't miss the goal".
The goal is absolute freedom.
Society has created its own teachings (religions).
Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Mohammedanism are society's tricks to help man to be a slave by going astray and missing the mark, the goal, which is absolute freedom.
Society cannot give man freedom.
Wherever man moves, society is there. If he moves from one society to another, society will be there. Society is not and cannot be without you. It is something within you and unless the root cause within you disappears, wherever you go, society will come into existence again and again.
FREEDOM
Unless you are transformed completely, you will never go beyond society. All societies are the same. The forms may differ, the basic pattern will be the same. Man is a creator and he is always creating his society around him.
Unless the root cause of society within you is brought up to the light of your understanding, it will not disappear within you. The deep root cause of society within you is that
"you need to be needed".
If no one needs you, you will feel useless, meaningless, etc.
If someone or something needs you, it will give you significance, you will feel
important, and your life will have meaning. When nothing or no one needs you, you will shrink and become small because when no one needs you or no one pays attention to you; your life has no meaning.
Man has a deep need to be needed.
Someone or something must need him. Otherwise he will not have any ground under his feet; society is man's need.
Man's needs cannot be fulfilled because nothing can ever be enough to fulfill him; man's needs are infinite.
"And Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free".
WHEN YOU KNOW JESUS IS SAYING:
Man is born as part of this world of death, darkness and destruction as a slave--Christianity and other religions call this world "Satan" or "the Devil".
You are born as part of this world as a member of a society and are brought up as a slave.
Christianity and other religions call society, "hell" because others create "hell" in you and you are not alone; society is not and cannot be without you; it is something within you--the root cause of society within you has to disappear completely
(society cannot give you freedom).
The deep root cause of society is your need to be needed and unless your need to be needed is brought up to the light of your understanding,
it will not disappear within you--society is man's need.
WHEN YOU KNOW
that a solitary being is one whose need to be needed has disappeared and he can live within himself and be alone, happy, and grateful.
There is no peace, joy, happiness, fulfillment of the soul, or freedom in this world--that your needs can never be fulfilled in this world.
THEN YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS WORLD
and the truth shall make you free to seek the Kingdom of God where all these things-freedom,
fulfillment of the soul, love, peace, joy, and happiness will be given to you.
Jesus said,
"Seek Ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
